Rudransh Ketan Bhoghata, a 7-year-old boy from Ahmedabad, India, has been practicing yoga for the past few years and has always dreamed of setting a world record. On 4 March 2023, he finally achieved that goal by successfully performing the Vakrasana posture for 14 Minutes and 6 Seconds.

He began the asana with intense focus and concentration as he pushed his body to its limits. As the time continued to pass, he started to feel the strain on his body but he kept going until his time was up.

At the end of his attempt, Rudransh had exceeded expectations and made history by becoming the youngest person ever to set a world record in holding Vakrasana for 14 MINUTES 6 SECONDS.
