Neeraj Chayal was an average young Indian man in his twenties, living in Ludhiana, Punjab. He was a fitness enthusiast who had dreams of breaking the world record for maximum 360-degree push-ups in one minute.
Since 2021, Neeraj had been working hard and training for this goal. He practiced every day for hours, pushing himself to the limit and eventually mastering the technique of performing 360-degree push-ups.
On the fateful day of March 14th, 2023, Neeraj was ready to prove himself. Despite having several unsuccessful attempts earlier that week, he still had faith in his ability to break the world record. The challenge began with Neeraj taking his starting position on a raised platform so that all the spectators could clearly observe his progress.
