Nalla Hari Teja was an avid fitness enthusiast and dreamt of breaking the world record for maximum side squats in one minute. He practiced day and night, never taking breaks despite the many obstacles he faced.
The training was difficult and time-consuming, but Nalla was determined to break the record. After months of preparation, he finally was ready to attempt the challenge.
The day of the competition arrived, and Nalla felt both nervous and excited as he slowly walked into the arena in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India. As he stepped up to the starting line, spectators from all around cheered him on. The timer began to count down and Nalla went into action.
He moved with grace and power as his legs moved with strength and precision. Time seemed to be flying by until finally, every rep completed 67 side squats in one minute!
